What Should I Do with All MyApples?

I need some suggestions! We have two apple trees in your yard. Last year, due to unusual weather, neither of them produced any apples. The year before that (our first year here) the big tree produced apples, but they were wormy. This year, we are in luck - the small tree is producing a TON of apples and they are in great shape.

Now it's time for the question....what should I do with them all? Even after I share them with family and friends I will have a lot left. What do you suggest I make with them? I would love any links to your favorite recipes.
