HOT DEAL! NYC Color Nail Polish, Lip or Eye Liner Only 19 Cents at Target!

Here is another awesome deal with a coupon from Coupons.com (they sure are creating deals lately!) Click on the left side of the screen under "Personal Care" to find a coupon for $1.50 off any 2 NYC New York Color Products.  (If you don't see the coupon, trying entering zip code 60625.)  Then take it to Target - the coupon says "Available at Walmart", but you don't HAVE to use the coupon at Walmart - where they have Nail Polish, Eye Liner and Lip Liner all selling for $.94 each.  That makes your final price only 19 cents!  They had a fun selection of nail polish colors when I got mine today.
