The Phantom of the Opera at the Royal Albert Hall - Our Party & a Reader Giveaway

The Phantom of the Opera at the Royal Albert Hall, was recently released on Blu-ray (with perfect hi-def picture and perfect hi-def sound) DVD, On Demand and Digital Download by Universal Studios Home Entertainment.

You can now see, for the first time, a recording of the live performance of this musical classic.  The production was staged by Andrew Lloyd Webber and producer Cameron Mackintosh at London’s legendary Royal Albert Hall to mark the 25th Anniversary of the show, which was beamed live via satellite to theaters around the world.

We got to have our own 25th Anniversary masquerade viewing party courtesy of Universal Studios Home Entertainment.  They supplied us with The Phantom of the Opera at the Royal Albert Hall on BluRay, along with masks and electric "candelabra" lights to set the mood.  We even made special Phantom of the Opera cupcakes to complete the theme.
