Super Easy Hearty 5-Can Veggie Soup Recipe


This simple recipe uses 5 cans of ingredients to make a delicious and hearty soup.  All can sizes are approximate - use what you have available:


1 can minestrone soup (19 oz)
1  can whole kernel corn - undrained (15 oz)
1 can mixed vegetables - undrained (15 oz)
1 can black beans - rinsed and drained (15 oz)
1  can diced tomatoes with onion and green pepper - undrained (15 oz)
1 can diced mild green chiles, optional (4 oz)

Dump all ingredients into a large saucepan and heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through.

  1. Boy, was that EASY! (wrong ad). You could also add some frozen veggies to this.
